Because it's in Tokyo, expecting a larger room would be dreaming the impossible, but the room is small. The air-conditioning is good, and the bed very comfortable, and the staff was always great and helpful. The location was very good near a train station only about 200 meters distant. I had a bit of a hard time locating the hotel the first time (it was dark), but an extremely helpful local man walked with me to show me! Bless 💖 him. For any foreigners: use the trains instead of the buses. Much faster! Especially the airport train. Take a taxi to the station with the line for the terminals! Only ¥580. The train ¥250. You go to the Kamata Station for the taxi to Keikyu-Kamata Station. Ask the locals, security forces - for help with buying train tickets if in need. They are very kind.

nice to have a place with so many non smoking floors available, and close to the airport too. the staff was very nice and helpful. and the place overall was clean and well kept. the breakfast looked like one of the better hotel breakfast’s I’d seen. although I didn’t eat it I’d wished I had. the best part was that their was wifi for each room and it worked well. a lot of places I’ve stayed this was not the case. i was very grateful for it.

The location of the hotel was the prime reason of our choice. Being that it's location is a few minutes from the JR Station and that the receptionist informed us that there was a bus service from close by that we could use to go directly to Haneda Airport, which we did. The hotel has easy access to the town with its restaurants.

Margaret

The staff were friendly, courteous and responsive. I would certainly use this hotel again and recommend to friends and family. Location is close to the Kamata train station train station, but not too close, and easy access to shops and eateries.

Kevin

The location is very close to train station, convenient stores, restaurants and shopping mall. The staff at front was nice, the hotel cleaners provided clean towels and kept the rooms clean. When I travel to Japan I like to stay at this hotel.
